I'm Elyse, a college student seeking some way to make my dorm my home.

HOME-MADE MUESLI BARS
Ingredients:
-1 apple
-1 banana
-1 cup oats
-1/2 cup almonds
-1/4 cup raisins
-1/4 cup cranberries
-1 small spoon cinnamon

Proceeding:
-cut almonds
-put almonds with oats to baker, roast 10 minutes, 100°C
-grate the apple, make puree
-mash the banana and add other ingredients
-bake for 25 minutes, 180°C
-cut it into bars

Enjoy your meal! :))

My lunches are ace. I’m liking the Dr. Praeger’s root vegetable pancake, though it’s not nearly as versatile as the California veggie burger. It tastes so Thanksgiving-y that it can’t really mix into tomato sauce, so I just eat it with my fig dressing and mix tempeh into the sauce instead.
